INVESTMENT ADVISORY SERVICES

Fergerson Financial LLC provides investment advisory services to company sponsored retirement plans, foundations, trusts and individuals. In consultation with each client, a diversified portfolio model comprised primarily of mutual fund investments is developed, reviewed, monitored and managed by us. Clients are provided an Investment Policy Statement summarizing investment goals and objectives, allocation strategy, risk tolerance, asset class preferences, time horizons, liquidity needs, rebalancing and other factors. In addition clients are provided with management and performance reports on a quarterly basis.

Fergerson Financial LLC utilizes Schwab Institutional as its primary custodian. We have access to many investment vehicles and typically use an institutional share class or no load mutual fund for our clients.

FINANCIAL PLANNING SERVICES

Fergerson Financial LLC provides a broad range of comprehensive financial planning services for individuals and companies. Services include retirement planning, investment strategies, insurance planning, cash flow and budgeting analysis, college funding, and initial estate planning.

INVESTMENT FIDUCIARY SERVICES

Fergerson Financial LLC provides Investment Fiduciary Reviews™, in accordance with the standards created and adopted by the Foundation for Fiduciary Studies. Such reviews are conducted on behalf of clients that are company sponsored retirement plans, foundations, trusts, and individuals. Fiduciary reviews apply established best practice guidelines to monitor the investment decisions and practices of third party fiduciaries or to assist client representatives to establish effective investment guidlines. Fiduciary review clients are not required to be investment advisory or financial planning clients.

RETIREMENT PLAN SERVICES

Fergerson Financial LLC provides comprehensive services that will help you comply with your fiduciary responsibilities as a plan sponsor and help your company achieve their retirement plan's goals and objectives. As your Company's Investment Professional, Fergerson Financial LLC will implement all the necessary steps to help you stay in compliance with your fiduciary responsibilities as a retirement plan sponsor and periodically review your plan to make sure you have the most prudent plan to meet your business needs.
